If you close the exam without answering the rest of the questions, this will be recognized as an automatic failure and you will have to wait 24 hours to retake the exam.
Once you have passed the exam, Google Skillshop will immediately grant you your certification and you will be able to access it in the My Profile area.
It should be noted that this certification will be valid for one year, so to renew it you will have to take the test again on the Google Skillshop platform.
